Jamie Oliver Calendar 2007?
Seems in 2007, Jamie Oliver will not have a Jamie Oliver Calendar out… Why changing a winning recipe? Never mind. In our tradition of Jamie Oliver recipes, we will add each month a Jamie Oliver recipe as it has been seen on TV, so it will be kind of a personal Jamie Oliver Calendar recipes choice on a monthly basis. Be aware that the Jamie Oliver recipes from TV do sometimes differ from the Jamie Oliver recipes in his books. Or as it goes in Malaysia with recipes: put this and that ingredient "to taste". Which makes Jamie Oliver’s idea from the Naked Chef : redefine cooking to the bare essentials quite difficult to achieve for complete novice cooks.
Green lipped mussels against osteoarthritis
We start our Jamie Oliver Calendar 2007 of with finishing 2006 with Mussel Recipes. Make a creamy sauce in advance so if you have a Christmas or new years holiday party and you don’t feel like cooking when your guests all arrived, all you have to do is boil your creamy sauce, add the mussels and in 5 minutes your food is ready !

Osteoarthritis
I just turned 44 and my finger 88: yes, the finger you use when cutting veggies and meat preparing some healthy cooking. Yet this index finger has just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis: yes the old age arthritis.
Osteoarthritis diet
Eat good food and stay healthy. That’s my idea as a skinny cook. Yet this “old” finger arthritis comes from an old injury. So to prevent osteoarthritis: don’t break anything and get an osteoarthritis diet. Now I wanted to upload some green lipped mussel recipes, because green lipped mussels contain a substance that helps with the production of cartilage.
Yet since the Taiwan earthquake the internet in Malaysia is so terribly slow, I will post them hopefully in a few days. Also the sea mussel site I managed so far only 1 page getting uploaded.
In the mean time my osteoarthritis diet means: not drinking coffee nor tea.

This Dog Treat Cookbooks site is new and claims to post at least 1 dog treat each month, and they started of with "Bulldog brownies"… Although it is claimed that Iams is a respectable pets food brand, consider the fact that many experts believe commercial dog food is actually unhealthy for dogs. Often the meat that is used in dog food or other animal food is of a quality considered unfit for humans. So if you want your dog to keep healthy, make his own food (our dogs’ main staple is rice, which is no surprise living in Asia…)
