- take 1gr paracetamol (the most you are allowed to take in one go)
- get into bed and make sure you have a good pillow supporting the head or neck
- use an ice-cold compress
- go sleep in a quiet bedroom
- drink a very very strong coffee when you wake up
- make sure you get lots of love
