How to buy orange and lemon?
When buying citrus fruit we already told in our previous post what to look for when buying oranges.
For lemons: try to find organic lemons. Organic lemons are the ones with a five-digit number whose first digit is 9. Since lemons can be used much more than just lemon juice from the lemon juicer, try to buy organic lemons, especially when using lemon zest. The more healthy your food, the more your personal health will benefit. Same thing if you go on a lemon diet or lemon juice diet: only choose healthy organic lemons!

As you can see: not a lot of information on your lemons… The lemons in the picture above are "4958 - LEMON: Medium". Again, look for the 5 digit numbers so you get organic lemons!
