Well, I just couldn’t find any more appropriate title to talk about eating beans and the problem of gas afterwards…
If you read the USDA recommendation that you need to eat beans 4 times a week, you probably come up with the excuse that your bed-sheets don’t like beans as much as you do…
One solution you should try out then is:
- washing the beans first,
- cover the beans with water,
- bring the water to a boil,
- draining the water off and
cook the beans like you normally would.
