Baileys Irish cream recipe
Ever got an unexpected hungry visitor, yet your fridge is kind of empty and your friend thinks you are the best cook in the world? Normally we go out then, but sometimes I am too lazy to go out: it’s still much easier to improvise a storm 
Irish cream drink
I made a kind of ice cream based on Irish cream liqueur. I didn’t take the time to write down the measurements but it goes something like this:
- take a small glass and fill with ice cubes
- add a nice amount of Irish cream liqueur
- add some full milk
- process everything in a blender and tadaa:
- serve this "ice-cream" with a spoon
