Yes, Keith Floyd is dead at 65 after a battle with bowel cancer. Unfortunately he had no chance in winning his battle over bowel cancer, as he wasn’t able to do everything right like metastatic liver cancer survivors do:

• unlike Patrick Swayze who outlived his prognosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer supported by his loving wife and dog, Keith Floyd’s death will most likely be applauded by his 4th divorced wife
   
• both Patrick Swayze and Keith Floyd kept by their addictions after being diagnosed with cancer: Patrick Swayze kept smoking, although less than the Marlboro man, Keith Floyd kept on drinking his favorite wines, even had to be admitted to hospital due to fatigue after an evening in the pub
   
• both men however showed an extreme passion and love for life, but again, if you want to survive cancer, you need to do everything right!
