Bitter Lemon Schweppes
More and more people die from liver cancer or heart disease these days due to :
- too much stress
- obesity
- intestine problems due to too much red meat causing colon cancer (which most likely will give a person a secondary liver cancer)
- food filled with pesticides
We only have one earth and we only have one life, that’s why health is out most important asset.
Obese people should follow a weight loss program on the spot.
And all of us should start eating organic food. Food supplements is again an illusion when there is real organic food available.

I took 1 lime, didn’t peel it and threw it in the smoothie blender with some water and sugar.
The result was a green drink which at best reminds me on Schweppes tonic water.

Schweppes biter lemon
Although that could sound like a compliment, the first time I drank Schweppes as a little kid, I wondered why anybody even would think about drinking some bitter drink like that.
40 years later I re-invented the same bitterness: and the longer you leave the drink un-chilled, the more bitter it becomes.
So if you are lazy and have a poor digestion system: start your mean with this tonic water digestive look alike.
If you want a drink to enjoy during your dinner, change lime into calamansi lime: it does make a huge difference when it comes to less bitterness.
If you ever wondered why they call it Schweppes Bitter Lemon and not Schweppes bitter lime… most likely lime is the most bitter compared to lemon or calamansi lime after you blend it completely.
Teh ping is tea with lots of ice and lots of condensed milk. Doctors told me 5 years ago already that I had to go easy on milk… !
