Euhm… I guess the good old fashion way…
Yet to my utter amazement there is a well in Kos when you drink the water, you become pregnant. I did visit this well, yet since I don’t need any more kids, I stayed well away from the well
In fact I was more interested in the hibiscus tree blooming over the well… Yes, I took an organized tour around Kos yesterday. Quite an easy and cheap way to cover vast parts of the little Kos Island, just the down-part of an organized bus tour is the lack of good food and the lack of "off the beaten track" places to visit.
On the other hand I did pass lots of little restaurants that could be promising when it comes to good old fashion Greek cuisine

Did you know that hibiscus flowers are edible flowers? That’s what the self proclaimed cookingdiva told me today when I had a drink in her little tavern with a view over the Aegean Sea.
According to her it’s best to serve the yellow and orangey coloured hibiscus flowers, as the taste reminds you a bit on oranges and lemons.
Her keywords yellow and orange gave me a good excuse not to try her white hibiscus flowers in her vase on the table

White houses everywhere, cats everywhere, bicycles everywhere (quite fun and relaxing and cheap to hire) and of course: hibiscus flowers everywhere
I must have taken al lot of hibiscus flowers already… well, call me homesick: hibiscus is the national flower of Malaysia, where the food is good and life is cheap. But you need to make a living and you need to help people out making their living, so no regrets, all happy faces
And not that I am the only one here: a lot of overseas Greeks on a ripe retirement age came back to Kos to gain some extra bucks in the Greek tourism industry before returning back overseas in winter.
