Neo Paleo Diet is what we are all doing actually…
So I follow a Paleo Diet, but I buy all my groceries in the supermarket?
Translated in 2018 English:
I want to eat like my ancestors, but I just can’t get hold to what they were eating?
Think about it, and since the neo paleo diet is rooted in evolution, lets take a look back in time…
Our humble beginnings in 2000 started like this…
Recipes! Recipes! Recipes. Want to know people’s kitchen-secrets? . How do they get a delicious meal in their house daily? (apart from calling pizza-delivery?).
There is a saying in Asia :
“whenever you eat something for the first time, you add 88 days to your life”.
Our aim is to bring you enough variety to live forever and 88 days more…Well, more or less.
We are providing great tasting dishes from four corners of the world (who said it was round?). The number of our recipes is growing day by day. Each recipe you find here has been submitted by foodlovers like you. We prefer sharing recipes that have been proven successfull in your own kitchen.
