Day 2 starts with a filling and cholesterol free breakfast: oats milk sweetened with honey and a huge cup of green tea.
My aim is to have a simple and delicious breakfast that keeps me filled for the rest of the morning and if possible, without any cholesterol.
Unlike yesterday, today I didn’t add any milk in my rolled oats, boiled them for about 20 minutes, added some honey and … well, that’s surely healthy but nearly as tasteful compared to cooking the oats in milk. So I decided to make "oat milk", meaning I just blended the oats in my blender and voila:
Still not utterly delicious, maybe I need to cook the oats a bit longer, or I should have added less water: a lot of room for improvement that is. Even the extra teaspoon of brown sugar still didn’t make the taste memorable.
Add to that a huge cup of green tea, and I will surely make it through the morning without feeling hungry.
