Tapau
"Tapau" in Malaysia means packing food to bring and eat at home. Like the above Chicken Tandoori which got "tapau-ed" by my dear wife for lunch just now
One rule when you tapau chicken tandoori: make sure the tandoori seller is using the chicken that is on display or comes straight out of the tandoori. Tandoori chicken should look juicy, if not, then it is overnight chicken and you delete this tandoori chicken seller from your list of Tandoori Chickens like: Suzy’s corner in Ampang Kuala Lumpur: serving overnight Tandoori Chicken!
