The 3-Day Diet

Any 3-day diet can solve your excess weight problem temporarily, but there’s a great danger of regaining the lost weight once these three days pass. However, refraining from overeating, drinking a minimum two liters of healthy liquids daily (such as water, unsweetened tea or homemade fruits and vegetables juice), avoiding unhealthy foods, avoiding sweets and processed food, can help you maintain your new weight in the long run.

The dissociated 3-day diet

  • 1st day: eat only vegetables, in any amount.
  • 2nd day: eat yogurt and any amount of vegetables (raw or salads with no dressing).
  • 3rd day: eat meat and vegetables in any amount. Avoid fat meat.

Other recommendations: In order to enhance your weight loss strategy, you must drink a minimum of two liters of water and tea daily. Interestingly, this will help your body unlock its water deposits. The human body tends to store water if you don’t drink enough liquids every day. Once you provide it with a fair water intake, it will not feel dehydrated anymore and will eliminate its water deposits faster. Water elimination alone can help you get rid of minimum 3 pounds in 1-2 days.

The advantages of the 3-day diet: Because of its flexible structure, this diet is cheap and anyone can afford it. Moreover, it is extremely easy to follow and it does not make you starve.

The disadvantages of the 3-day diet: The calorie ratio of this diet is low and not enough to keep your body within stable parameters. Consequently, prolonging this diet can lead to malnutrition.

Warning:

    If you have any health problems, it is recommended to visit your doctor and ask for advice before starting the 3-day diet. This short weight loss program shouldn’t be followed by individuals with liver and kidney problems.

There are many options of short diets and you have the liberty of choosing whichever you please. Yet, don’t try to repeat any of these diets endlessly, as you can end up with serious nutritional deficiencies. Any short-term diet must be followed by a healthy and moderate life style.
